Cascade Medical Center is a close-knit community of healthcare professionals working together in a patient-centered environment. Our onboarding process allowing you to work one-on-one across the hospital to get a first-hand understanding of our team. You will spend a couple days (paid, of course!) getting to know us and how we work together, before you even start using the analyzers.
We are looking for a full-time Phlebotomist/Laboratory Technician to join our patient-centered team.

As a part of the Cascade Medical Center Lab Team, you will be an important part of our mission to save lives and improve the health and well-being of our community. We work closely with providers, nurses and other clinic and hospital staff to provide the care our patients have come to expect.
Duties include – Phlebotomy and sample collection from patients. Properly logging samples into the computer system and specimen processing. You will perform testing on laboratory equipment, per testing protocol and CLIA guidelines. Analyzer maintenance, quality control and troubleshooting as necessary.
Days may vary, but hours are day shift with evening/ overnight call. Rotating weekend hours and call are also required.
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
Previous Lab experience preferred
Phlebotomy/medical experience preferred
