Clinic Bio and Education: Vicki Fryar has always been active in the community she lives in. Growing up in rural La Grande Oregon she appreciates the importance of family, community and service. Striving to honor the necessity of being intentional regarding connection, and the interactions between medical, physical and mental create a holistic approach to valuing each individual for the most comprehensive care possible. Having been married for 30 years she appreciates the complexity and diversity of raising four totally wonderful and different children. She is thrilled to join the team at Cascade Medical Center and be part of Valley County.
