What To Know

In light of the recent reports of measles cases in Idaho, we want to assure you that the health and safety of our patients, staff, and broader community remain our top priority.
Our team is closely monitoring the situation and following all guidance from public health authorities. As part of our commitment to preventing the spread of illness, we have implemented enhanced screening measures at all our facilities. We kindly ask all patients to call ahead if you or a family member are experiencing symptoms consistent with measles (such as high fever, cough, runny nose, and rash) or if you believe you may have been exposed. This allows us to prepare appropriately and minimize risk to others.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work together to keep our community safe and healthy.

Important Note

Please know that our providers, nurses, and staff continuously train and prepare to take great care of our patients. In response to the current situation, we have set up a telemedicine exam room so that we can conduct confidential/secure patient visits over phone/video if the provider thinks that is appropriate given the patient’s needs. We have also developed contingency plans for small, medium, and large outbreak scenarios, which address equipment, supplies, staffing, and expanding medical operations.
