Patient Transport
We are pleased to offer our Patient Transport Van, a free, reliable, and comfortable transportation service for medical appointments. We understand that getting here isn’t always easy, whether due to vehicle issues, driving conditions, or mobility challenges. That’s why our van is equipped with a wheelchair ramp and designed for your comfort and safety.
Just let our staff know you need a ride and we’ll coordinate pickup from your home and drop you off at your destination, then bring you safely home again.
How To Use
When scheduling your appointment, mention you’d like a ride with the Patient Transport Van.
We’ll coordinate pickup and drop-off at your home and appointment location.
The service is available for appointments at Cascade Medical Center and in McCall.

Life Flight Services
In addition to our local Patient Transport Van, Cascade Medical Center partners with Life Flight Network to provide rapid air transport for patients requiring emergency or advanced care outside our community. This ensures that, when minutes matter, you have access to fast, professional transport to higher-level facilities.
