About CMC
Located in Cascade and Donnelly, Idaho, the Cascade Medical Center (CMC) proudly serves Valley County residents and visitors.
What We Do
CMC provides a full scope of services, including acute care, long-term care, laboratory, X-Ray, and 24-hour emergency room services. If necessary, we also provide an extension of services through air ambulance service to tertiary care facilities.
As your partner in health in Valley County, we have also developed special Health Management Programs that provide one-on-one partnerships with individuals who want information and care for specific areas of health. Programs include those for: Diabetes, Cardiac Health, Women’s Health, Occupational Medicine, and Immunizations.
Through generous community support, the Medical Center has grown from its original home as the Valley County Hospital (now the Cascade Senior Center) to the current building. While the facility has changed to keep pace with new advances in medicine, the high level of skill, caring, and commitment of our staff has remained the same.

Our CEO
Our CEO, Tom Reinhardt, leads Cascade Medical Center with a focus on patient-centered care, community health, and long-term growth. Guided by our mission, they work closely with staff, providers, and the Board to ensure we deliver exceptional healthcare services today and in the future.
Medical Staff
Our medical team includes dedicated physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, therapists, and more, bring a wide range of expertise to the community. Together, we provide compassionate, high-quality care across all of our services.
