Cascade Medical Center’s Health Management Programs offer a unique partnership between our providers and you – the patient. Our goal is to work with you one-on-one to determine your individual medical, health and educational needs and to provide the services to meet them. We also participate with the State of Idaho Women’s Health Check program, which provides free cervical and mammogram screenings to qualified women.

Women’s Wellness Partnership Mission:

Our mission is to promote optimal women’s health. We will partner with our patients to ensure that they receive the recommended screening exams throughout their lives in accordance with the National Women’s Health Information Center. We will provide education and support for women in making healthy choices and promote an empowering vision of a women’s ability to positively affect her life.
