Cascade Medical Center is seeking a Part-Time (30+hrs/wk) Maintenance and Plant Operater. The hiree is responsible for maintaining the hospital and clinic’s buildings, systems, and equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations. This role includes performing repairs and preventive maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems, as well as building structures such as walls, roofs, doors, and windows. The position also involves troubleshooting equipment, maintaining grounds and snow removal, coordinating outside contractors, and managing inventory and maintenance records. In addition, the worker ensures compliance with life-safety regulations by conducting fire drills, training staff, and maintaining required documentation. Ongoing professional development through ASHE or ISHE membership is expected.
