Volunteer
Everyone who volunteers has their own reasons for doing so. Whatever your “why” is, we hope that you find your experience here joyful and rewarding. Whether you are providing companionship for a patient here at the hospital, helping keep our campus neat and green, or providing aid to a hospice patient – please know that you’re making a difference in people’s lives.
Volunteer Opportunities
Care Companion
Care Companions assist the hospital staff in caring for patients who are waiting to be transferred. This gives our patients extra support while they are staying at Cascade Medical Center. Care Companions serve our patients and ultimately help our providers provide quality care for our patients.
Foot Clinic
Foot clinics are a community benefit program in partnership with St. Luke’s McCall. They are held each month in Cascade for all interested people, a vast majority are senior. Trained RNs perform nail clippings and inspect feet for dermatology and circulations problems. Our Volunteers check patients in.

To become a pet therapy volunteer, you must be at least 18 years old and your dog must be at least on year old. You also must be a registered team with Therapy Dogs, Inc.
